State Representatives deliver medical equipment for Wagoner County Sheriff's Office

On 04-03-2020 State Representative Kevin McDugle and Representative Scott Fetgettrer delivered medical equipment and masks for Wagoner County Sheriff's Office employees.  Undersheriff Todd Riggs was present to unload the supplies.  These supplies were gathered from the States stockpile for use by first responders in Wagoner County.  Both Representative's contacted administration after hours so they could get the Sheriff's Office the equipment we needed.

Wagoner County Sheriff Chris Elliott stated "I would like to recognize Representative Kevin McDugal and Representative Scott Fetgettrer for traveling to Wagoner County and assisting with the procuring and distribution of the much-needed PPE.  I would also like to recognize Senators Kim David and John Haste for their assistance as well."  Sheriff Elliott continued "Lastly I would like to recognize Governor Kevin Stitt and the staff at the governor's office.  We had an open line of communication throughout the day with Secretary of State Michael Rogers who assisted and facilitated getting the PPE equipment to counties all over the state.  Thanks to the team effort, especially to team member and Wagoner County Emergency Management Director Heath Underwood, Wagoner County Sheriff's Office has the equipment needed to protect themselves from this dangerous contagion."
