Wagoner County Sheriff Chris Elliott wanted to pass on some very important information about how to determine if a website link that you click on is a secure link. 

Many times, scammers will compromise an email account and send out a link to all of their contacts, attempting to get you to click a link from an email source that you are familiar with. 

Hopefully this information will help prevent you from having any of your accounts compromised and keep you from becoming a victim of a scammer.
