Deputies recover 17 grams from traffic stop


On 8/30/2020 Wagoner County Deputies M. Smith and Deputy T. Fisher performed a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 51 and 121st Street in Wagoner County. Upon making contact with the driver the deputy noticed paraphernalia near the console of the vehicle and could smell what was believed to be burnt cannabis. Upon searching the vehicle, a backpack was located in the vehicle that belonged to the driver. The backpack contained paraphernalia, scales, distribution items, and 17 grams of presumed methamphetamine.

The driver was taken into custody without incident and identified as Michael M Parvin of Grove,OK. He was transported to the Wagoner County Detention Center and booked into jail. Michael M Parvin was charged with possession of CDS with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $6,000 bond and was released on 09-01-2020.
