E-911 forms provide first responders critical information

02/10/2020

Wagoner County deputies respond to many calls throughout their shift on a daily basis.  When Wagoner County E-911 Dispatch relays the information to deputies, they report what information is already in the Dispatch CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) terminal.  If there is no information already in the system this can keep deputies from knowing valuable information when time may matter the most.

Fortunately, Wagoner County E-911 has a "Premise's Form" that you can fill out.  The form is completed to let any first responders know if special instructions need to be taken upon or prior to arrival.  Information can include animals at or inside the residence, medical instructions, contact numbers, how many people live at the residence, handicaps, etc..

If you are interested in providing this extra information you can email jelliott@wagonercounty.ok.gov; or mtaylor@wagonercounty.ok.gov;.  You can pick up these forms on the 2nd floor of the Wagoner County Courthouse at the E-911 Office.  You can also print the pictures off and mail the forms to: Wagoner County E-911 Dispatch, 307 East Cherokee Street, Wagoner, OK 74467.  If you have additional questions you can contact Wagoner County E-911 Dispatch at 918-485-3124.
