Deputies arrest 3 on property crimes, drugs
On 1/26/2019 Wagoner County Deputies B. Sieg and A. Torix were patrolling when Deputy Sieg observed a disabled vehicle at the Muskogee Turnpike and 353rd East Avenue (Old Tasty Treat).
Deputy Sieg stopped and approached the driver, who gave the deputy a false name and date of birth. Upon investigating the vehicle Deputy Sieg realized the tag belonged on another vehicle. Upon a thorough investigation by Deputies it was discovered that the license plate on the vehicle was stolen from Tulsa County and the Vehicle had been reported as an Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle out of the Oklahoma City area. The driver was eventually identified as Jordan L Ferrel and it was discovered that he had outstanding warrants through Wagoner County.
Deputies then spoke with two additional passengers in the vehicle, identified as David Allred and Ashli Mapson. Deputies discovered that David Allred had drug paraphernalia on his persons during pat down, including a small pipe and used syringe. Upon deputies conducting an inventory of the vehicle deputies discovered scales, syringes, meth, heroin, a spoon and baggies, and Burglary Tools. Ashli Mapson also had drug paraphernalia and narcotics that were discovered with her personal property. All 3 were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Wagoner County Detention Center.
