K-9 Deputy finds narcotics on stop


On 12-16-2019 while traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 69 near 760 Road, Wagoner County K-9 Deputy Lott observed a vehicle with an expired tag.  Deputy Lott conducted a traffic stop with the vehicle and the driver was identified as Isaac D. Moore. Upon a records check, Wagoner County Dispatch advised the driver held a suspended Oklahoma Driver's License and held Warrants out of Washington County Arkansas.  Upon inventorying the vehicle for impound, loose pills were found behind the passenger seat were discovered.  A loaded firearm was discovered in the vehicle with the narcotics.  Moore was transported to the Wagoner County Jail without further incident and charged with the following:

  1. Possession of firearm AFCF,
  2. Poss. of firearm during commission of Felony 2nd and Subsequent,
  3. Transporting a loaded Firearm, 
  4. Person supervised by DOC in possession of pistol,
  5. Poss. of CDS (Meth),
  6. Possession of prescription pills W/O a script, Poss of CDS (Ecstasy)
